A major west Dorset road was partially blocked heading towards Axminster earlier today.
The A35 northbound has now been cleared after a lorry broke down near the Wootton Fitzpaine turn off.
Dorset Police were made aware of the incident and the lorry has now been removed.
A spokesperson said: "We received a report at 11.53am of a broken down lorry on the A35 Charmouth Bypass."
