A massive celebration of culinary delights is set to take over a community this June as it marks 20 years.
Bridport Food Festival celebrate local food and drink in and around the market town.
The festival will be the main event of the fortnight celebrating Bridport's local cuisines and will take place on Saturday, June 15 at Askers Meadow between 9.30am to 5pm.
A full day includes an array of local food vendors, children’s activities, cookery theatre and more.
The food festival takes place a day after the town’s beer festival, which gets underway in Askers Meadow on the Friday from 6pm until late.
Organisers have promised lots of food and fun to mark the occasion, as it will be 20 years since the first Bridport Food Festival.
Bridport Round Table supports local events and charities, and the beer festival is its biggest fundraising event of the year.
Proceeds from the festival go directly to supporting those in the local community who require assistance the most, and who often cannot get the help they need elsewhere.
More information on the day’s activities will be released nearer the event, but to keep updated with the festivals, visit the Bridport Food Festival Facebook page.
